About Me

Hi! I grew up in Asheville, NC and moved to Tennessee in 1990. I worked as a accountant for seven years and then as an office manager for ten years. My son was a Marine who served two tours in Iraq before he was killed prior to his third deployment in 2006. After a year of rage, I started writing. It was my way of climbing back out of the well, so to speak. I guess that makes me an escapitist but we all need our vices. LOL I'm really glad to find this site and I look forward to getting to know the members.
