through my skin

restoration

comes through my skin

wrapped up in your strength

i am free

to be honest

 to be fragile

to receive

the warm water

of your love and care

the transcendent poetry

of your passionate soul

sings its songs to me

through the safe harbor

that stretches out

in the cast expanse

between your mighty fingers

the tender land

of your faithful arms

and solid chest

your soul

resonating its enveloping tones

through your bones

reverberating

your healing symphony

through my skin

truth washes over me

my heart remembers its place

the fragments of my soul

remember the path back to center

and i am free

to be honest

to be fragile

to receive

the warm water of your love and care

through my skin

"...then absorb the colors of my poetry and let them forever sing you a new song, and be made whole"... said the poet. Masterfully done!
