and

jagged pebbles in the shoe on a long journey and

chalk scraping on the blackboard and

flies buzzing incessantly, refusing to be caught and

slow drivers in the left lane and

children whining and whining and whining in the grocery store and

whymommywhymommywhymommywhy?!?!? and

are we there yet? and

constant interruptions to an otherwise pleasant morning and

actively waiting for someone who is always late and

paper cuts that keep getting wet and

monotonous music that drones on and on, too loudly to ignore and…

 

and you.
