Sitting at the end of the dock, toes in the water, and I thought to myself, nothing ever, no one ever, felt like this before. We clung to final hope, pretended that we didn't know, nothing ever, no one ever, could regain what we felt before. But darling I, meant every word, and now that I've moved on from you, nothing ever, no one ever, will lessen what we felt before
