Para mi Hermano

So easily you pushed everyone to the side
For what?
I doubt you can even decide
How you feel now
Eventually fades away
The sooner you open your eyes
Fix the bridges you burned along the way
A part of me says forgive and forget
But my pride ignores all hope for reasoning
You'll hit rock bottom
As I sit back and watch the outcome of your decision
When you're left with no where to go
You'll have to cross the bridges you foolishly burned
Begging for forgiveness
The sanctuary of home
Yet none will be given
You'll reach out for a hand
Rather help I'll watch you fall
Relieve you of your situation?
You're the one at fault
So stand up
Open your eyes
You're on your own
This is what you wanted in life
Live and let learn
You seem to only care about yourself
So why should I act any different?
Show a little remorse
Seems a bit ridiculous
You chose her over me
So I'll watch as your world crumbles beneath hers

Intense! I liked that you are on the outside looking in at his life and you know he is about to foul up. The warning is there, but the listening ain't happening. Sometimes the best lessons to learn are the hardest lessons. Good job here!
