Mother

My Mother, My Mother
how dear to me,
with a love I freely
give to thee.

The warmth of your smile,
the soft touch of your hand.
Words of wisdom
only a Mother can.

You have always been
here for me although
I did not always see.

The hours we use to
sing are my favorite
times with thee,
although you did
not always see.

Thank you, for all you do
You made it look
so easy living
under the shadow allowing
me to be me.
The youngest of the five...

All grown up am I,
teaching the things
you taught me,
as only a Mother can.

My Mother, My Mother
you are dear to me...

Nice. I am glad that you think so highly of your mother. You will never regret it.

It is so awesome you have that kind of close relationship with your mom. I wish I did.
