Misery Masks

Forlorn faces with misery masks,

And people pushing for taintless tasks.

Loveless lives last a day,

While caring kinds echo eternity.

Parentless pasts and misfit maternity

Brings back the present in forms of thought,

Plaguing minds moreover naught.

A withered wing cannot protect,

Bringing forth blind regret.

I too enjoyed this. There is a lot of depth for one so young. The phrase "withered wing" is quite striking.

Feel the fear, and do it anyway because even though it's not too late, one day, it will be.

Synopsis
I was trying to do a poem off of alliterations. A/N: the "e" in e-ternity is pronounced 'eh' .
