The love that I have for my daughter

Is as strong as the oceans water

She is very smart and oh so witty

She’s my daughter and oh so pretty

When I look up into the blue sky

I see my daughter through my eye

She started out as a normal girl

Today she’s as beautiful as a pearl

As though she can fly like a dove

She is my life for I am proud of

She’s as gentle as a soft falling rain

She’s just as sweet as pure sugar cane

Her eyes are so brown like a tree

She flies around like a honeybee

She’s been my angel from the start

For this I will never depart
