Desperation, emptiness, loss, uncertainty
Disconnected, Out of control
Emotions, Feelings they consume all
Make you crazy and rationality is no more
Plans for the future out the window
No where to go
Grasping, reaching, praying for the wrong things
Dreaming, imagining what could have been
Living in the past only a prop in your life
Wasting time and its precious precious time
When will I wake from my nightmare?
Be able to open my eyes and see my life again
Looking for something, looking for someone
Too many choices too many souls lost
One and another promising to make it better
Can have one each day, but always longing
For the one who is lost, disappeared into the past
Reaching, grasping at this one and that
This is the darkness, the void in my life
Dangerous times when life can drop off the abyss
Be derailed and misguided to the wrong path
