Can't Be Bought

The beautiful creatures beckon me

Urging me to come and see

All they can do for me

Set me free

Tempting my fate

Filling me with hate

They don't discriminate

But I do

Satan's minions shell out desire

Casting us into the fire

Glorious revenge for hire

My need for vengeance dire

All that's evil I don't admire

Because I know he's a liar

Perched upon my funeral pyre

Finally I will retire

All my life I've been a sinner

I only wanted to be a winner

Thrashed to the point of suicide

For many years I'd wished I'd die

Broken down I always cry

Sitting alone wondering why

Now it's time to say goodbye

I'll live forever, that's not a lie

Satan will not defeat me

I think this would make a good song for the words seem to flow in that direction. And i like your ending. Very determined.
