I want to be...
I want to be me with the sky as my limit, I want to be free. I have so much to unleash, its overwhelming to think about. A lot of things in my life I don't understand, but I have hope and faith in God things they will get better. I want to be me, I want to love and not have to be afraid. I want to pray no matter what they say, I just want to be me. I want to be me and dream the dreams God has placed on my heart, and one day have the tenacity to live those dreams. I want to be Me, I just want to be me.  I want to be me without having to worry about what they think of me, or who they think I should be. I want to be the one to achieve me... When I write my souls quench of thirst is fulfilled, writing is apart of who I am and I just want to be me. If you can't accept my truth in expression the pen and the pad, you can't accept me. All I want is people in my life who can love me for me, and who can let me be me...is that too much to ask? I want to sing when I want to sing, dance when I want to dance, praise when I want to praise I want to free to be me, without judgement. Through rain, sleet hail, or snow all I want is the freedom to be me...

Still Smiling, Minnisha

I want to be (……). Yes, I do understand what you want exquisite_one… You must then ACT to BECOME and DO the things that inspire you – without apology… without looking for anyone’s approval – no one. Your Creator created you in a like-ness… after His heart’s pleasure and put within you the longing that drives you. Through your search, you may find… when you fulfill your goals and dreams, the face of the Almighty looking back at you, waiting for you, filled with joy because of the self-discovery of your true destiny. You may discover there were never any limits imposed on you, save the ones of your choosing, by Him. You may eventually be in a position to accept and understand your divine purpose. A word of caution… beware of what you ask… It has been said… “Those of great wisdom and experience are full of sorrow”. Let no one limit you (your spirit) – though they might your being / your actions. Though we are subject to those in authority... ‘free-will’ gives you the authority to follow your heart – as it seems good to you. Find and fulfill your dreams and remain servant to the Divine. May your dreams be realized.

Remind me to tell you of the great warrior, Chord, sometime. And his quest for knowledge. Peace. :)

Very nice piece. It's very understandable that you want to be you to the fullest without worries of how others feel about you. When you spoke of wanting to be you and how others should accept that, I found that to be one of the realist things you've ever said. It is important to have a team of people that uplift you and want you to reach your highest potential...
