Lavender Skies

Lavender skies melt into the inky black eye of Night as his faeries slowly rise, twinkling in dismal solitude with only the whispered wishes of those below to keep them company.

The Universe is empty to all below; surrounded in “reality”, blanketed in petty problems. Those faeries are but dreams, softening the harsh world; the truth. No matter the wish no wish comes true. For what whispered down here never reaches the ears of those up above, the only word heard is the echoing of empty Space. The hollow fingertips of the Universe reach to touch only a seldom few and those who are grazed by such are crazed to us.

The lunacy of the beyond is but an escape, a trail with no end and no true start. Time has never begun nor does it truly end. For this world exists to many but is never here and to those lost is “the dream“. When they awake, they live but when we awake, we die.

As one story ends so too does another begin. When we go from this world we leave the start of a new story, a ripple in motion, turning the pages of time and earth. The new ripple creates more and so does the story continue.

So does time..

So does life...

So does this dream
