EASY LOW FAT, LOW CARB CHEESECAKE
 LOW FAT LOW CARB CHEESECAKE

1   Low fat graham cracker crust (prepackaged)
2   8oz. Low fat or fat free cream cheese (room temperature) 
1   6oz. Low fat or fat free sour cream
1   egg (room temperature)
2   egg whites (room temperature)
1   teaspoon Vanilla
1   cup Splenda

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 2) In a medium size bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and egg whites.
3) Add vanilla and Splenda and beat until smooth and creamy
4) Pour mixture into graham cracker crust
5) Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the top of the cheese cake starts to get a slight golden color around the edges 
     (Ovens may vary.)
6) Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes
7) Refridgerate

OPTIONAL
Fat free, sugar free chocoalate sauce
Fresh fruit

This sounds really good, and being a compulsive writer I spend a lot of times sitting, so I need these kinds of recipes, thanks for sharing! (If it turns out good when I make it I'll let you know)
