Fallen

What is the point anyway?

What is the reason why I’m feeling this way?

Seems a constant lack of motivation predicts the way I behave

So I stand on familiar ground with absolutely nothing to say

So much going on, so much I’ve done has been praised

My search begins, can’t remember when my aura turned gray

Back tracking through my past reviewing mistakes I have made

Trying to find the time and place

The moment I descended from grace

this is so awesome, i cant find intelligent words to say about it. i really am speechless- i like thoroughly when i find poetry i like when it's for no one particular reason or one catchy line, but rather the piece as a whole. This I love in all of its totality for no particular reason. Simply put; it moved me. and i love the form. the what, what the so, so, so and the repetition of anyway, way and the space between the final line- wonderful

I really like the line: Back tracking through my past reviewing mistakes I have made...wow! Isn't that the truth. I think we should all come with a rewind button! Thanks for sharing your work!
