Hunger
Had I any courage, I would tell you that i am afraid.
Had I any honour, I would tell you of my shame.
Had I any wisdom, I would tell you of my folly.
Were I more composed, I would tell you why I'm jolly.

Had I any sympathy, I would tell you of my callouss.
Had I any mirth, I would tell you of my malice.
Had I any love, I would tell you of my hate.
I do posses a hunger, impossible to sate.

I hunger for your presence, to be so near you.
I hunger for the splendour, of your eyes so crystal blue.
I hunger for your warmth, of your hand upon my cheek.
I hunger for your tepid breath, that always spelled so sweet.

The hunger will consume me. No. I already am.
It has changed me forever, no longer am I man.
Yes hunger will destroy you, unless you master it.
My it struggles like a demon who is chomping at the bit.
