Things to think about
  If something hurts you emotionally DO NOT hold it in.  For the emotional stress and build up is enough to nearly destroy you if left to fester to long.

You can never change who you are.  Sure you can change your name, have plastic surgery, and move.  or join some relocation program.  Sooner or later your past will catch up with you.  The best you can do is use the knowledge of who you really are in the hopes to better yourself and all those around you.

Death will find you, and there is nothing you can do about it.  Trying to extend your life by following certain rules or diets is completely pointless.  The hours of your life or fixed on the day of your birth.  What is important is to live the time in between birth and death to the best possible.

Be yourself and nothing more.  For you have a lot to contribute to the world.

Never give up on the goals you set for your life.  For to give up without even trying is the greatest insult to the human spirit.  Plus if you give in to the pressure and stress there is no telling if that goal could have been reached or not.  So when a goal is set no matter the pressure, no matter the stress, no matter the challenges that try to get in your way.  NEVER GIVE UP!

If at first you don't succeed try a different approach to the task.

Strange paradox, if you are to careful around strangers you may miss making a new friend.  However if you are not careful enough you can REALLY get yourself hurt.
