Distant Music
Entering an empty auditorium
spontaneous notes from the keys
composing a harmonious kiss
a promising piece of righteousness
heard in a private rehearsal for one
contentment for a split second
moving from room to room.
Invited to play without preparation
a smooth musical conversation
with an understated trace of guitar
a language translated into song.
