Tumor...
Severing through all the tissue,
The growth is right below the surface.

Pinching off the vein that supplies it life...
The pain so unbearable I must leave it there.

I want it
To stay close to me
Caress it by night
And coddle it's warmth
To breathe on it
And to be breathed on.

I grip onto death so tightly,
I forgot it was death,
I was hoping you would change,
Metamorphosis, metamorphosis.

I want it
To stay close to me
Caress it by night
And coddle it's warmth
To breath on it
And to be breathed on.

I might let go of you screaming
But will you let go of me?

Tumor...

I like this for it's honesty and the feeling you put into this. I think we all have a "tumor" we have to deal with in our own way.
