Pondering My Reality

I'm sitting in my room,
Thoughts that walk across my mind,
All the time I've spent with you,
Yet now I've met this line,
So painful the agony,
The separation so lonely,
So stone cold it wraps around my neck,
Wondering,"Am I phony?".
"Did I make this all up?
Was this my fairy tale?
My selfish reality within coexistence,
A new sea on which to set sail?
Did I desire a wrong thing that's been taken?
Or is this my final exam?
I just want to see you and touch you,
To show the love that I have."
Pondering my reality,
Ripping this heart from my chest,
Should I run from the pain that tortures me?
Or should I do what I know is best?

Those questions you ask we all have or will face. Thanks for bringing them to the front. Keep up the deep thinking.
