Content Where I Am

Restless I'm committed,
Through hell or high water,
Anxiously I'm denying,
If this kitchen gets any hotter,
Friviously I think of things,
This valley feels so low,
Can life get any better?
I take another blow,
I embrace them all,
I embrace the pain,
What can I learn next?
What pearls of wisdom can I gain?
What person can I aspire?
Who can I teach next?
Healed from my experiences,
The weary really can rest,
We march in ranks together,
We march in ranks till we die,
The weary can rest in you,
In this desert I'm satisfied.

I really like this one. I'm content with life from my experiences too,and also the ones I have yet to experience. This poem really has me questioning,"what can I learn next? and who can I teach something to?"

I believe people can only be happy when they are content where they are--I really liked this and the lesson it offers.

Good insights. Liked the marching for we all are fighting some sort of battle.

I really like this one. It is all about the struggle and our attitude towards it and life.

Synopsis
I think people try to hard to be happy with more, instead of being content where they are.
