Key Stage One
  Bell rings.
Please God not already
My coffee is yet to kick in
Ironic
Everything else here was kicked in long ago
The piano. The shed.
Sammy's head.
They've got a real flair for kicking my class-
Not for much else though
Spelling's beyond them
This morning C-A-T spelt
Butterfly
looking at their faces; smiling and proud
I couldn't correct them.
To be fair they don;t always fail at Engish
got the flair for rhyming right away
I asked for words that rhymed with 'hit' got
lit
bit
nit

git
tit
shit
The curriculum says next week is words that rhyme with
'duck'
but i think we'd better not

I try not to worry though
I'm doing my job
Taught them all they need to fufill their dream
To follow in Dad's footsteps

And go on the rob.
