"Who I am" vs. "Who I'm not"
I may not be physically fit, but I’ll still stand up for you.
I may not know where I’m going, but I enjoy the ride in order to be with you.
I may be sheltered than most, but I’ll gladly learn with you.
I may be silent, but that doesn’t mean I’m not listening.
I may hold my tongue, but that doesn’t mean I’m weak.
I may be young, but I’m not childish.
I may smile at the smallest things, but I know why I’m smiling.
I may laugh at the simplest of jokes, but it’s because I care about your feelings.
I may observe you, but I also accept you.
“Who I’m not” …is this what you want me to be?

…Or can you just accept me?

Synopsis
Something I wrote a few years ago when a few people thought negatively of me when they really didn't know me.
