When Dreams Are Shown
Hello, my friend!
I've missed you since
It's been "The End".

Won't make me wince,
Your bright blue light.
It makes me think,

This stormy night,
That I won't run,
Though you're too bright,

My absent one,
From this embrace,
Our past love gone.

This lightning space,
It lays aglow,
Your shining face.

So soon you go?
Hours have no pace,
When dreams are shown.

Synopsis
The first verse was written many moons ago and ended my book "Ink Melodies"-- years later I've found the rest of the words...The rhyme scheme was tricky due to the 3-line 1st stanza.
