Distance(Re-Post)
She cries because there is no one,
To tell her she must not.
Forgets, sometimes, though they are gone,
There are some she's still got.

Though far away and out of sight,
It's how her day will start:
When correspondence sent by night,
Those letters from the heart,

Are instantly retrieved by touch,
On keyboard buttons so,
The loneliness is not so much,
By breakfast it does go:

The way of tearful afternoons,
So glad into the eve,
And nights of dreams that wake so soon,
That there's no time to grieve.

So sad yet so true. You speak for many of us that have felt this and yet press on. You are a very brave woman Michele and an example in persistence for others to follow.
