The Lesson Of The Dolphin
The sand slivering between my toes,
I gave up into the ocean night sky,
listening to the dolphins as they swim bye,
I can see the little diamond swimming motionlessly
as the dolphin comes up to me, I freeze in silence,
gazing I am caught in its sight,
I see the worry....I see the fear,
I see a small deadly tear,
as I go up to the dolphin my eyes looking at the scar,
big and crimson I feel like crying,
looking at the scar I feel like dying,
so sad his eyes looking dreary I start to worry,
The wound around his nose looks so bad,
all it did was make me sad,
in fear of me hurting him he swims away,
just as I look at the ivory skin tone ball hanging so mighty in the sky,
I wish that I too could swim away.

It is almost like one giant metaphor as well as talking about the dolphins and the suffrage. Am I right?

I liked this for it's message as to what we are doing to our animal friends. And the pain you feel for it, I felt too for my favorite sea animal is the dolphin.
