Core of Damnation

I am drained of all but anguish

There is no happiness

There is no hope

Only empty, writhing pain

It gnaws at my bones

It tears my flesh

I am cored

Unforgiving, relentless pain

I cry for help to no one there

The void mocks me endlessly

Twisting my guts

Searing, soulless pain

My game has ended

My mind rots filthy

Smeared with feces

Malignant, wretched pain

		Amazing. This truly is powerful, all the pain you feel. I find channeling my sorrow and anger, even my bitterness, into something more powerful sometimes gives me the change or push I need. Nevertheless I enjoyed this poem.
