Fear the unfamiliar

The withering petals of this

cherry blossom tree

fall, silently sharing their story

to whoever desires to listen.

They tumble, daintily landing,

sinking into their own

whispers.

A resilient wind wisps,

lifting petals of grandeur,

relocating them into

exposed proximities

of another,

who may or may not

drive or dive

into the depths

of the realm

unknown.
