The Nexus
Can you see the dark shadowy outline of the solitary gondolier?
Singing melancholy tunes that only the dead may hear.
In the frigid air of bohemian winter, rowing down the Vltava river.
His sad and lonely dirges give even the hardiest of men a cold shiver.

This erie traveler seems oblivious to any and all forms of fright.
He bares the look of one who is acquainted with the dark desolate night.
It apears as if this mysterious figure is passing through prague on business.
What is this dread apporation with grave determination, what is this?

This etherial being is much more than a mere fleeting spirit.
If I spoke its name you would not likely want to even hear it.
It is the manifestation of life's most insurmountable obstacle.
It is the guide for the last tour of all things that are biological.

It is Charon, ferryman on the ancient river known as the Styx.
Keeper of the nexus point were in the human mechanism splits.
It is the only being capable of returning from King Pluto's home.
It collects wayward spirits where ever they may be prone to roam.
