Breath
Intake the one breath
The razor
The blades
That cut my insides
Every breath I take
For every (sin) I make
Crimson elixir ever flowing
From inside out
Following the paths of deeper rivers
Flowing North to South and back again
Keeping all together
The silence
The peace
The calm
That is the serenity and the tranquility
When the light dims
All seems brighter on the other side
One pump, one last fight
One chance
And I can breath again

Aahh the first half again is my favorite ;) It's almost painful to read, not because it's badly written, but because it's written so well. And the second half is good too, that glimmer of hope and courage. And you do always have great metaphors. Good job! ^_^

Nice metaphors and symbols. I like how you start this for it is unique.
