The Plane Crash

The Plane Crash

By Elton Camp

A plane has gone down.

No relatives can be found.

Millions in the bank account.

Truly an astounding amount

All will go to the state.

For money a sorry fate.

I’d rather it go to you.

Just send me a share too

Notify that you now accept.

Then the money can be kept.

First send me a little data.

Nothing I ask will matter.

What’s your occupation?

Resident of what Nation?

Address of your e mail

Send to me without fail.

Your own street address?

Then you will have success

In getting this vast sum.

It will very quickly come.

Oh, by the way,

A fee you must pay

Your bank number send along.

Receive this wealth for a song.

I work at the Bank of Nigeria.

My motives are not ulterior.

We just truly love to share

With rich Americans over there

(Please note that I make no claim to being a poet.  This is about the Nigerian e mail scam that most people have received over and over.)
