    • A small volume of poetry, written by yours truly, and called "Ink Melodies-with Notes of Gratitude" is available on www.publishingroom.com, or just click "publish", above.

        • Anthologies of poetry,
          the descriptions of Taylor Caldwell,

        • Scorcese -- anything with Harvey Keitel or Al Pacino

        • This year I seem to prefer adult alternative, past and present. I've seen "Sting" 3 times in concert and "Santana" twice. Will pay to hear bluegrass live. I especially like the new crossovers such as Alison Krause and Robert Plant, and other anglo-american combinations.

        • I seem to gravitate toward Law and Order, Without a Trace, and Cold Case. My absolute favorite is Saving Grace. Odd that the last 3 rhyme!

        • David Letterman and Craig Ferguson

        • Me, most of the time.

        • Just my local rag as I'm always job hunting

        • Several local employment sites

        • Batman of course! Although it was Mighty Mouse many years ago...

        • "If things do not alter, they stay as they are!!"

        • Creative writing, travel, gardening and acrylic painting on small canvases, not necessarily in that order...

        • Many years of hard work, good food, and nice people

Hi, Michele!! Quite the knack for poetry you have! (why am I talking like Yoda?) Anyway, I really like your work. I'm not surprised to see that you're published. I was wondering if I could ask you to rate my story, The Bridge? Also, if you really like sci-fi, there is a link on my home page (not the writingroom profile page, but the link on that page for my web page) for my short story on audio, Through The Eyes of a Killer, which is a futuristic story involving a new technology that revolutionizes the legal system. This new tech. allows jurors to see the crime happen, as if looking through the eyes of the criminal. The link is to a Youtube video sample of the story. This story represents my first professional sale as a writer, and is also being considered by Emerald Studios to be made into a movie. The audio is a mere 55 minutes in length and costs less than $6. No worries if you're not into it--I'm honestly not trying to sell you my work. Just thought you might like the story, and you actually mentioned that sci-fi stories are often looked at, wondering about the possible translation to movies. That's so true!! And it's actually happening to me right now! Sorry for rambling so much. Thanks a bunch for reading my work. I'll be back to read more of yours! Dempsey Wilson

Wow! Was Pair of Poets a true story? I play classical guitar and piano, I've writen music for lyrics before and I really enjoy it, it's just difficult finding the time! How did you like the sound of your poetry with music?
