The hot air enters the dry space through the air ring at a certain speed, and the pulverized coal is dried;3 The hot air will bring the dried pulverized coal into the coarse powder in the upper part of the grinding zone for separation, and the qualified pulverized coal will be taken out by the desiccant through the distributor;4 Miscellaneous materials (such as stones, metal blocks, etc.) in the raw coal fall from the air ring to the debris cream.The ultra-fine pulverizer motor drives the disc to rotate through a speed reducer, and the material enters the center of the disc through the lock feeder and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. With the rotation of the disc, the material moves to the edge of the disc under the effect of centrifugal force. After passing through the annular groove on the disc, it is crushed by the grinding roller and pulverized. The material after pulverization is brought up by the wind-loop high-speed airflow at the edge of the disc. The granules fall directly on the grinding disc and are ground again. When the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, the coarse powder falls from the cone to the grinding disc and is crushed again. The qualified fine powder is milled along with the air flow. The dust device is collected, that is, the product, the moisture-containing material is dried during the contact with the hot air flow, and the temperature of the hot air can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different humidity materials and reach the required product moisture. By adjusting the separator, the required fineness of different products can be achieved.
